Sadly, toxic relationships are all too common place these days. They tend to sneak up on us and sometimes we can even end up being the toxic friend without knowing it. Recognizing that we’re in one is the first step of addressing it.
There are various opinions about the matter, but they all agree that they aren’t healthy and shouldn’t be maintained. Some say those friendships should be cut out immediately like you would cancer and others say that you should try to fix things before doing anything drastic.
No matter what we end up doing, we all deserve to be happy and have fulfilling friendships.
